Korrektur für Routingmodel

Auch SUMTRIB routings nutzen nun bei Routing mit beobachteten Zuflüssen korrekt den jeweiligen beobachteten Zufluss (bisher nur den ersten in der SIMTRIB-Definition. Jeder der SUMTRIB-Zuflüsse kann beobachtete oder modelliert sein. Wenn Do_it=2 ist, wird bei Vorhandensein von beobachteten Werten dieser verwendet, ansonsten der modellierte Zufluss
