Major changes to the heat tranport model

• effective hydraulic conductivity is now calculated based on van-Genuchten Parameters and water/ice saturation value SE
• unfrozen water content or water/ice saturation SE takes into account partly water saturated soils, resulting in less ice at deeper temperatures, since water is only available in smaller pores for unsaturated soils.
• changing dE/dT accordingly (energy change do to freezing/thawing)
• allowing the lower boundary condition for temperature model to be of type constant heat flux
• some minor bug fixes
